We are so excited you are joining us in our summer sewing camp this year! To get started you will need to add the Welcome Kit to your cart. This welcome kit gives you access to each live online class, recording access to each class, a camp tote bag, fabric marking tools, pins, and our camp lanyard! 

Once you have added your welcome kit to the cart, select which project kit you would like, and add it to the cart. Each project kit will come with the supplies needed to complete the project. Welcome Kit and Project Kits will ship the week before camp begins.

  • Choose your Project Kits and add them to the cart.
  • Check out!
  • Watch for your package to arrive in the mail the week before camp.

Camp Instructor: 

We are excited to have Jennifer Davey, from Thimble Sewciety teaching our Sewing Camp this summer!

Jennifer Davey is an educator, designer, writer, tailor, and sewing enthusiast. She has been a guest on Sew It All TV and published in Sew News, Sew it All, Belle Amore, Crafts n’ Things, and Apronology to name a few. She works with great companies like Elna, Grace Frames, Therm o Web, Riley Blake, May Arts Ribbon, Coats and Clark, and many others.

Jennifer has designed kits with all the materials needed to learn to sew, each project building and practicing essential sewing skills to develop a confident independent sewer. She teaches students from grade school to retirement and loves to light the spark of love for sewing and watch it grow.

FAQ:

What time are the live online classes: Each class will begin at 10am, Pacific Day Light Time.

Do I need a Sewing Machine: Yes, each project will require a sewing machine. Sewing Machine are not included. 

Are scissors included: No, scissors are not included. You will need to have a pair of fabric scissors on hand. 

Will classes be recorded: Yes! Each class will be recorded, so if you can't make it live, you can still access the class at a later time. 

Where will I access the online classes: Instructions will be sent in your Welcome Kit for online access. 

Do I need an iron: Having an iron close by, is always recommended while sewing. It is not required, but learning to sew with an iron is how we teach. 

Can I just purchase a single Project Kit: Yes, you can purchase any project kit alone. Instructions are included with each project, remember you will not have access to any online classes without the purchase of the Welcome Kit. 

I can't make the camp dates, can I still join the Sewing Camp: Yes! We are recording each class. Go ahead and purchase the Welcome Kit and Project Kits, and you can complete them when you have time. 

Can I purchase the Welcome Kit and Project Kits after the camp dates: We will offer kits online until we are sold out.
